These terms apply to the use of the ChangeIt4Me platform and related services for private and business users in Austria and other supported regions.

2. Platform Role

ChangeIt4Me is a listing and communication platform. Contracts are concluded directly between users. ChangeIt4Me is not a broker, agent, or party to user transactions.

3. Account and Data Accuracy

Users must provide truthful, complete, and lawful information, keep credentials secure, and promptly update contact and profile data.

4. Listings and Content

• Users are responsible for listing legality, accuracy, and rights to uploaded content.
• Duplicate, misleading, or prohibited listings may be restricted or removed.
• ChangeIt4Me may moderate, suspend, or remove content violating rules or law.

5. Payments and Services

Where paid features are offered, prices and payment terms are shown at checkout. Access to paid features may depend on successful payment.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ChangeIt4Me is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from user-generated listings, user communication, or user contracts.

7. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for repeated or severe violations of law, platform rules, or these terms.

8. Applicable Law and Venue

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If legally permissible, the competent court in Vienna, Austria, has jurisdiction.
